Return & Refund Policy – Hurrtale

We want you to be happy with your Hurrtale purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags and accessories, wherever applicable.
• The product should not be damaged, altered or used.
• The customer may be required to provide clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
• Returns are subject to inspection and approval by Hurrtale.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety or other product-specific reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. The applicable return eligibility will be mentioned on the product page wherever required.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements and charges, if any, will depend on the reason for the return and will be communicated to the customer during the return process.

Products purchased as gifts should also meet the above return conditions. We recommend checking your order carefully immediately after delivery.
